Un corroborante piatto unico, gustoso, ricco e senza sporcare nemmanco una caccavella, tiè! Tra l’altro, una ricettina nuova di zecca, estrapolata dall’ ultimissimo Donna Hay di Novembre (che se non ne avete mai sfogliato uno… rimediateee): questo mese, a tutto cartoccio! Sfoglia e risfoglia, tra le varie opzioni impacchetate così e pure colì, l’occhio mi sarebbe cascato sul pollo… eheheh, ma pensa te! :)) Un po’ perchè, dopo la recente carrellata di zuccheri semplici e burrosi quanto basta, mi sembrava doveroso riassestarci con un qualcosa di decisamente proteico e… com’è che si dice? Light (ahahahah:))!!! E naturalmente perchè mi sembrava anche una scusa più che giusta per ricordarvi la famosa scadenza del 7 13 novembre e cioè il vostro termine ultimo per cucinare un pollo ruspante, inviarmi la ricetta e concorrere ai bellissimi premi che vi ho messo da parte (tutte le info: qui). E quindi ode al pollo ruspante, al cartoccio e pure al weekend di lavoro che mi attende tosto e minaccioso… e poi, magari, ci si sente su facebook! ;))
Cartoccio di pollo con porri e patate
per 2 persone:
4 spicchi d’aglio affettati
1 cucchiaio di scorza di limone grattugiata
180 ml di vino bianco
2 petti di pollo (da 200 g l’uno)
250 g di patate affettate sottili
100 g di porro tritato
40 g di burro morbido a pezzetti
sale e pepe
In una ciotola capiente, lasciate marinare il pollo con l’aglio, la scorza di limone, il vino, sale e pepe: mescolate con cura e fate riposare per 15 minuti. Ritagliate due fogli di carta da forno (30 cm x 40 cm), sovrapponeteli e ripiegatene i bordi su tre lati, come se voleste fare un pacco regalo. Dal lato lasciato aperto, inserite i porri e le patate ed allargateli sul fondo, unite anche il pollo (sollevato dalla marinata, ma senza sgocciolare troppo) e completate con il burro. Chiudete completamente il cartoccio e cuocete a 200 gradi per 30 minuti. Quindi sfornate, aprite il cartoccio e servite immediatamente irrorando con il sughetto che si sarà formato sul fondo.

yummmmmmmm! gustosissimo questo pollo! sono allora una di quelle che deve rimediare perchè conosco Donna Hay solo attraverso voi food-blogger! il cartoccio mi piace tantissimo da usare in cucina!
