Parola d’ ordine: buttare le posate, si mangia con le mani !!! Eeevvvaaaiii !!!
Il finger food, il cibo da dita … diciamo meglio … il cibo che si mangia con le dita, è la nuova proposta gastronomica per l’ aperitivo, anche se nulla c’ impedisce di reinventarlo per un buffet, per una cena addirittura: ragazzi, tutti a lavare le mani, c’è il finger food!!!
Quando le manie impazzano, mi diverto sempre tanto, sembriamo tutti sull’ onda del “ma come si faceva a vivere senza” ???!!!

Ad ogni modo, il finger food mi piace parecchio, lo trovo incredibilmente creativo, pratico, bello da vedere e molto gratificante per il palato, si perchè col finger food si cucina eccome, quasi sempre, il più delle volte si tratta di piatti noti e stranoti riproposti in versione mignon: geniacci!!!
Sfogliando Gambero Rosso, tac, articoletto ad hoc scritto da Sigrid Verbert, proprio lei, il cavoletto di bruxelles: parte ed è già al cuore del fenomeno, “il finger food è in fondo un’ evoluzione postmoderna un po’ modaiola della tartina anni ‘70…solo che qui siamo sul gastronomicamente corretto, niente ciuffi di maionese, ma stuzzichino gourmet” !!!
Riflettendoci, il ‘mio’ finger food per ora è stata la soluzione fresca e veloce in caso di pasti piuttosto frugali … diciamo che non sono ancora al finger food cucinato, ma ci arriverò perchè, come dicevo, mi piace parecchio!!!
TARTINE DI KIWI E SALMONE
Con un pelapatate, sbucciare i kiwi (sceglierli piuttosto sodi) ed affettarli ad uno spessore di circa un dito.
Adagiare dei tranci di salmone affumicato su ogni fetta, decorare con delle olive nere ed irrorare con un’ emulsione a base di succo di lime, olio d’oliva, fior di sale e pepe nero.
Ed è con queste tartine che accoglierò (magaaari) quei due piccioncini di Luca&Sabrina … spero si facciano vivi: ragazzi, grazie grazie grazie!!!
