Questa ricetta l’ho rubata sul campo (mercato ortofrutticolo di quartiere, ndr:)). Non so se vi è mai capitata la scena… voi che meditate l’acquisto del prodotto ’strano’… e due anziane signore – probabilmente inviate dall’angelo che soccorre le desperate foodblogger dei giorni nostri – impegnate nel dibattito del giorno: “con i pomodori gialli ci cucino… e sò pure bboni!”. Forse un po’ in disuso, ma se vi capitano sotto mano… fateci un goloso pensierino. ;))
Ricetta approssimativa per due persone:
scaldate un filo d’olio extravergine d’oliva in un’ampia padella antiaderente; unite uno spicchio d’aglio, circa 250 g di pomodori e del pepe; salate, coprite e cuocete per circa 15 minuti; quindi, schiacciate i pomodori con una forchetta e fatene fuoriuscire il succo; lessate la pasta (pref. spaghetti) in abbondante acqua bollente e salata, scolatela piuttosto al dente e tenete da parte un po’ dell’acqua di cottura; versate la pasta nella padella con i pomodori, unite un mestolino di acqua di cottura e saltate velocemente il tutto (la salsina deve addensarsi e avvolgere la pasta); servite immediatamente con un filo d’olio a crudo, una spolverata di Parmigiano grattugiato e delle foglioline di basilico fresco tritato (buonissima anche con una manciata di briciole di pane ben rosolate in padella con aglio e olio).
