Questo spot pubblicitario s’aveva da fà. Perchè le cose buone non vanno mai tenute tutte per sè e poi perchè i ragazzi di cui sto per parlarvi sono simpatici, gentilissimi e, nonostante la zavorra di un titolo di studio non da poco, si sono praticamente reinventati da zero in nome della sacrosanta passione. Per affinità elettive non posso che sposare alla grande il principio di fondo e, insieme, la coraggiosa e bella iniziativa: promuovere il territorio. Parliamo di Comuni del Gusto, della provincia di Latina tutta… e quindi segnatevi quest’indirizzo (una volta sul sito, vi invito concitatamente a sbirciare in lungo e in largo, compresa la parte sui personaggi che animano l’azienda che è, credetemi, interessante da morire ;)).
A me (che sono un foodblogger e quindi godo di una certa corsia preferenziale quando si tratta di assaggini d’eccellenza;)) è toccato il durissimo compito di ricevere una latta da 5 litri di olio extravergine di oliva firmato De Gregoris… e di ‘testare’. Delicatamente avvolgente, un profumo che incanta… senza tema d’esagerare, devo dire che l’ho trovato strepitoso. E presa dall’euforia, ho improvvisato la mia versione di ‘Pane e Olio 2011′:
- emulsionate olio extravergine d’oliva con una punta di senape e spennellate su delle fette di pane casareccio; a parte, tritate finemente aglio e rosmarino, unite anche una manciata di semi di sesamo tostati e distribuite il tutto sulle fette di pane (premendo bene in modo che aderiscano); passate al grill per qualche minuto e servite le brushette ben calde.. per esempio, al momento dell’aperitivo.
