Della serie, oggi vi lascio un sms! Davvero, starei qui a discorrere molto volentieri, ma sono in pastiera & casatiello mood… quantità da definirsi in corso d’opera:)).
Tagliate a tocchetti non troppo piccoli un petto di pollo intero. Lasciatelo marinare per almeno quattro ore in un’emulsione di olio d’oliva, miele, paprika e succo di limone (tra tutti, deve prevalere l’olio, a seguire un cucchiaio abbondante di miele per un petto di pollo intero, il succo di mezzo limone e paprika a profusione). Affettate una cipolla e del cavolo cinese (anche una lattuga va bene). Rosolate la cipolla in olio d’oliva finché risulta tenera. Unite la verdura e salate giusto qualche minuto. Correggete di sale e pepe e mettete da parte. Nella stessa padella, rosolate il pollo scolato dalla marinata e mescolatelo, quindi, alle verdure. Unite anche una bella manciata di mandorle tostate. Spalmate delle piade (di buona qualità) con dello yogurt greco a cui avrete aggiunto una punta di tabasco. Farcite con il ripieno al pollo, arrotolate e servite caldo. Oppure porzionate, impacchettate e portate tutto al picnic di pasquetta… sono certa che nessun casatiello se ne avrà particolarmente a male. :))
