Altro giochino facile e divertentissimo da sommare a tutta quella serie di antipasti che affiancheranno, domenica e lunedì, i tronfi casatielli pasquali… e se fate i buoni, vedrete che ci scappa pure il tortano. Già che siamo in tema, dovrei per l’appunto scappare ad impastare un po’ di sfizi rustici preferibilmente in monoporzione… bocconcini caldamente stuzzicanti che i fortunati avventori del winebar (che, ormai, non nominiamo nemmeno più… ehm, leggere qui a lato:)) potranno agevolmente prelevare dal bancone… ops… tra una bollicina e l’altra. :))
Sgocciolate la feta, tagliatela a cubetti piuttosto grossi ed immergetela completamente in olio extravergine d’oliva di ottima qualità (utilizzate un contenitore a chiusura ermetica). Unite anche spicchi d’aglio, origano e basilico tritati e naturalmente del peperoncino. Lasciate marinare in frigorifero per giorni e giorni (il tutto si conserva anche per una settimana)… e poi, di tanto in tanto, prelevate e servite con del pane bruscato, per arricchire insalate, panini e quel che vi passa per la testa.
