‘Stufa’ è la parola più adatta. Poi soprattutto, aggiungerei che nemmeno mi diverto più! Ieri sera sul due, ennesima bajadere tra politici molto più presi dall’amplificazione del proprio (improbabilissimo) ego, che dalla reale necessità di fare finalmente politica. Nel senso impegnativo del termine.
E visto che, ormai, siamo ridotti a dover precisare anche le cose più ovvie (e.g. non è vero che tutte le ragazze sognano di fare da sollazzo ad un paio di vecchi che ispirano pietà e mai ammirazione; non è vero che tutti i padri farebbero carte false per ’sistemare’ una figlia; etc etc…), ricordo che fare-politica non significa circondarsi di fidati amici, più che altro legulei, e fare spudoratamente il proprio porco comodo, ma – scusate se lo ricordo – proprio per definizone scolastica, ‘politica’ sta per arte-di-governare-la-città. E quindi viene anche un po’ da ridere, pazzesco no?! Non credo di essere una voce fuori dal coro se, oggi, sbotto che non mi sento affatto rappresentata, non m’identifico e mi dissocio in toto da quest’italianità=barzelletta! Di recente, sentivo lamentele sul fatto che, da un po’, gli americani ci lasciano puntualmente a casa quando si parla, per esempio, di Oscar: sinceramente non capisco la costernazione. Con un governo palesemente ridicolo, non vedo come gli altri possano prenderci sul serio… voglio dire, anche laddove ne saremmo più che meritevoli. Perchè nonostante tutto, non siamo incavolati nemmeno la metà di quanto dovremmo (e questa è la principale mostruosità che arriva agli osservatori d’Oltralpe e d’Oltreoceano: stiamo davvero facendo storia, sigh). Per cui tant’è, aderisco con forza all’appello della blogger Norma Carpignano (trovate qui tutte le info) e vi dico solo questo: il mio consiglio per il maiale è quello di tritarlo accuratamente, appallottolarlo con vigore e mandarlo a farsi friggere fino a doratura avvenuta. :))
Nota in calce: poi ieri sera, ma stavolta sul tre, vedo e ascolto persone come Raffaele Cantone… e un po’ mi riacquieto! :))
Polpette di maiale e spinaci (di Jamie Oliver… consigliatissime!!!)
Cuocete al vapore 3 manciate di spinaci (solo le foglie). Fate, quindi, raffreddare e strizzate con cura. Tritateli grossolanamente. In una ciotola capiente, mescolate 500 gr di polpa di maiale tritata, un uovo leggermente sbattuto, un pizzico di noce moscata, la buccia grattugiata di un limone (che poi è quella che fa la grande differenza!!!), 3 manciate di pane grattugiato ed, infine, gli spinaci (io indosso i famosi guanti da chirurgo, quelli usa e getta, e lavoro il tutto direttamente con le mani). Condite con poco sale e pepe. Formate le polpette e friggetele in olio d’oliva caldo, per 7-8 minuti. Servitele con un sugo al pomodoro e Parmigiano (eventualmente, accompagnando con riso, patate o semplicemente pane… e se magari fate delle polpette piccinepiccine, potreste anche condirci un ricco piatto di pasta, yum). Per quattro persone.
