E chi mi ferma più? Con il furgoncino Biolà parcheggiato praticamente sotto casa per ben due volte alla settimana… il latte per tre giorni, s’è sempre detto così, no? :)) Ok ok, passo indietro (dai Precy, respira:)): Biolà è un’azienda barra fattoria a conduzione familiare (possiamo dirlo?), tirata su a regime biologico, segni particolari: produzione di latte fresco crudo e cioè latte munto da vacche di razza Frisona e Jersey, non sottoposto ad alcun trattamento se non una filtrazione grossolana ed un raffreddamento a 4°C per impedirne l’andata a male. E poi che succede? Succede che l’omino del furgoncino (di cui prima) passa, appunto, di casa in casa (vabbè dai, si fa per dire) e vi spilla il latte nelle linde bottigliette sterili che vi sarete ligiamente portati dietro da casa (altrimenti ve le danno loro). Io, un pochino commossa dalla faccenda in sè, mi sarei sentita pocopoco più vicina ai ricordi di mia nonna (e di mia madre bambina)… di quando, sotto casa, passava direttamente il fattore con la mucca da mungere, ehvabbè. Per doverosi e sacrosanti approfondimenti, riflessioni, verifiche, ecc ecc, passate direttamente sul sito e spulciate per benino tutte le pagine (compresa quella con il calendario degli appuntamenti… e questo, chiaramente, è un messaggio promozionale per soli residenti a Roma e dintorni :)). Al mio primo Biolà shopping, latte crudo (bevuto stamattina bello freddo con un paio di paste di meliga… e grazie assai Marco), del fiordilatte, chiaramente un vasetto di yogurt (bello corposo, ve l’avevo detto? Tipo Kyr per intenderci) e parafrasando me stessa (nel titolo di questo post): yogurt, che passione! D’estate più che mai, passando dallo snack dolce a quello salato come se niente fosse… e infatti questo che segue era il lauto pranzo di oggi (pane nero, yogurt piuttosto compatto, fettine di cetriolo e ravanello, erba cipollina tagliuzzata, un filo d’olio extravergine d’olive, poco pepe, un pizzico di fior di sale), mentre per chi s’aspettava una bella ricetta di quelle tremendamente laboriose e complicate… abbiate sempre tanta fede eh!!! :-)
