La prima parte è mia: pesche condite come se fossero foglie d’insalata, con poco fior di sale, un filo d’olio extravergine d’oliva, quel che resta della mia piantina di basilico (sigh, punita per essermene allegramente dimenticata nel weekend), del pepe nero ed un insapettatissimo tocchetto di Asiago grattugiato a pioggia su tutto il resto (ah dimenticavo, qualche pinolo tostato ci sta davvero alla grande). E vuoi vedere che qualcuno, qui, avrà perfino l’ardire di chiamarlo ‘pranzo’! :-) Tout tout (gente di poca fede), aggiunteci una sana fetta di pane, degustate con calma e tranquillità e che il carboidrato complesso sia con voi (anzi, qui mi scatta pure il solito aneddoto amarcord, di quando la nonna raccontò della sua cena a base di pesche e pane… dubito si riferisse al pane di segale biologico che ho utilizzato io, ma comunque sia funziona :)). La seconda parte (del titolo del post) è invece di Dario Bressanini! Trattasi del suo ultimo libro edito da Chiarelettere e quindi oggi, per me, giusto qualche capitoletto veloce mentre buttavo giù stò bel popò di pranzo. Mooolto in sintesi, una maniera scientificamente amica per approcciare pregiudizi e paure in campo alimentare. Mangiare consapevole, essere più curiosi che spaventati, pretendere (o meglio, ricercare) la verità senza lasciarsi abbindolare dalla cattiva informazione che troppo spesso fa leva sull’emotività della gente (uhm, ma allora dev’essere proprio un vizio! :-). Con il monito a controllare la fonte, sempre e comunque… e com’era immaginabile si parla di COOP, di OGM, di Carlo Petrini, poi di pesto ‘cancerogeno’, di grano nucleare (vedi la pasta che abbiamo tutti noi in dispensa) e nel caso ve lo stavate, appunto, chiedendo: certo che sì, consigliatissimo! ;-)
