Ve l’avevo detto? :-) Sono ad Ischia da tre giorni ed il bello della tecnologia è che volendo, se uno le cose non le dice apertamente… insomma, continuavo ad aggiornare il blog da qui, magari tra un’ora di sole rubata e poi c’è stato il giro vorticoso per accaparrarsi conserve, limoni ed altre robine golose, ma ormai ciò che è stato è stato, è venerdì e, praticamente, è come se avessi già un piede sull’aliscafo. Per cui al volo, un appunto goloso decisamente fresco d’assaggio: sapete tutti cos’è la zingara? Chi ha risposto di no, si precipiti a mettersi in pari qui. Per tutti gli altri invece: siete sull’isolotto e sognate un tipico pub all’ischitana molto, ma molto poco british? Ottimo, ci sarebbe “Il Bounty” sulla riva destra. E siete letteralmente sul porto, un posticino da frequentare proprio in questi mesi di turismo ancora sornione, soprattutto se sbarcate esausti, carichi d’ansia e stress da città… garantisco io: riconciliante all’ennesima potenza!

Sono stato al Bounty a metà settembre…
Le MIMMARELLE sono una cosa straordinaria… Ho provato e riprovato a farmele a casa, ma non è la stessa cosa… Non è “semplice” pasta di pizza”… c’è un ingrediente segreto che non riesco a capire MANNAGGIA!!! tocca aspettare l’anno prossimo per riassaporarle…

Sono un estimatore assoluto dell’isola! Ogni anno che ci vado (quest’anno ho tagliato il traguardo dei 10 anni dalla prima volta) scopro sempre qualcosa di nuovo. Il Bounty (ex Gabbiano) è sempre stata una meta obbligata, da quando me l’hanno fatto conoscere nel lontano 2000!
Se mi permetti, vorrei nominare un altro ristorante tanto sconosciuto quanto meraviglioso… E’ inserito nella vigna di Pietratorcia, un’azienda vinicola in località Cuotto (vicino Sant’Angelo). Oltre a produrre vini buonissimi, ha una cucina squisita, perchè lì c’è anche un ristorantino sotto un pergolato coperto di vigne e immerso in un agrumeto fantastico. RIGOROSAMENTE SU PRENOTAZIONE! altrimenti rimanete a bocca asciutta!! Quando chiamate per prenotare vi sentirete chiedere “coniglio o pesce?” e voi dovete dare la vostra risposta. Se scegliete coniglio, mangerete un coniglio alla ischitana eccezionale (che, vi ricordo, è il VERO piatto tipico dell’isola…) Se invece scegliete pesce, mangerete quello che la signora cuoca troverà quella mattina al mercato del pesce. Il tutto accompagnato dai loro vini (ogni piatto il “suo” vino, dall’antipasto al dolce…) Prezzi ragionevoli, anche se ovviamente per il pesce si spende qualcosa in più. Questo posto NON PUO’ MANCARE nel vostro viaggio quando andate a ischia. Pensate, quest’anno le mia fidanzata ed io siamo stati a ischia per sole 2 notti. La prima cena l’abbiamo fatta al Bounty, la seconda da Pietratorcia ;-)

Sìììììì… l’anno scorso risposi pesce per cui alla prossima mi toccherà provare il coniglio!!! ;)) Pietratorcia mi piace tantissimo, luogo incantevole, persone appassionate… e detto tra noi, il loro Vigne di Chignole è l’unico vino ischitano che bevo davvero con piacere!!! :))
