E come sto? Scrivevo ieri a qualcuno, sono ormai alla fase dei capelli dritti! Ma sarebbe forse il caso di fare anche un po’ un passo indietro… perchè va bene che abbiamo la presunzione di fare da soap-opera alternativa per chi, magari, di beautiful proprio non poteva più (a proposito, giacchè sono dai miei, ne avrei intravisto di striscio, ma proprio giusto mezzo frammentino di puntata… e quindi mi spiegate una buona volta come hanno fatto a surgelare brooke? ehvabbè), però ecco, magari c’è chi si collega soltanto adesso e quindi vai con il riassuntino delle ultime puntate: dunque, precisina è ad ischia, sua isoletta natale, per organizzare i festeggiamenti dei (quasi) due anni di blog (sì vabbè, diciamo che ce l’abbiamo fatto entrare:)), poi la nuova grafica che dovrebbe arrivare veramente a breve, ma soprattutto perchè ad un certo punto, in preda ad una sorta d’inspiegabile attacco nostalgico (ma in fondo era anche un po’ una sfida con la solita me stessa, lo ammetto), insomma, mi sarei detta a quattr’occhi… e perchè non (andare a cucinare una volta tanto) ad Ischia?! E quindi adesso sarei qui, con tanto di capello dritto di rito, intenta a mettere a punto una sorta di aperitivo-cenetta very easy, ma con tanto di very important prosecco firmato Bele Casel, ed in realtà… saremmo proprio agli sgoccioli: gli ospiti saranno qui domani sera e saranno tutti lì spietati e puntigliosi pronti a stabilire se promuovere stò ‘mio’ cibo particolare, persino un po’ strano qualche volta, magari poco casareccio e che potrebbe tranquillamente essere magari tutta una farsa mediatica (foto e ricette ok, ma l’assaggio?:)). Oddio, ovviamente spero con tutto il cuore che quest’approccio a metà tra un film horror e l’esame di maturità… sia soltanto un incubo dovuto al solito stress di prestazione e speriamo che il prosecco basti, ‘nzomma! :))
P.S. la ricetta di oggi prevede ciò era il mio pranzo di qualche giorno fa, ospite dello chef che si farà in quattro per aiutarmi con la cena di domani sera (eheheh, ma solo perchè irrimediabilmente costretto). E volevo aggiungere, nonostante il nome del piatto (che poi corrisponde al formato della pasta), qui non ci sono calamari come vorrebbe la tradizione (tagliati ad anelli in modo da richiamare la pasta stessa), bensì vongole e gamberoni, con l’inaspettata collaborazione della rucola. Ed il risultato è di tutto rispetto davvero, una variante ghiotta e di semplice esecuzione… da annotare velocemente in agenda. :))

Ero curiosa infatti di sapere come procedeva là in quel di ischia dato che, si sa, precisina senza far nulla proprio non ci sa stare. In bocca al lupo per i festeggiamenti allora, sono sicura che sarà un successo.
