Un blog decisamente pieno di uova, niente da dire! :)) E come per tutto ciò che ultimamente acquisto (ma magari acquistiamo un po’ tutti) in dosi pressocchè industriali, immagino sia inutile sottolineare la necessità etica, civica, chiamatela un po’ come volete, di predilegerne sempre e comunque la categoria biologica. Non per quella forma di sterile fighetteria fine a se stessa, quanto per scoraggiare, in questo caso, la produzione di uova provenienti da galline allevate in gabbia. Sì vabbè, allevate… trattasi più precisamente di galline tristemente recluse in uno spazio che non è nemmeno lontamente definibile vitale e quindi lasciatemelo dire: se sono infelici le galline, saranno ‘infelici’ pure le uova. Per cui questo il compromesso: meno uova, ma che siano biologiche (per identificarle, dicitura impressa sulla confezione a parte, verificate lo ‘zero’ come prima cifra del codice stampato sul guscio). E detto questo, nuovamente uova. Sempre perchè anche a prenderle bio, restano pur sempre una fonte proteica decisamente economica, nutriente e, per chi si diletta in cucina molto più che al lunapark, divertenti e versatili da morire! Ora, quella di oggi non è che sia una novità di quelle da sconvolgersi e da non dormirci più la notte, in realtà basta fare un salto a ritroso, tornare quindi alle scrambled eggs di qualche tempo fa ed aggiungere la seguente postilla in calce alla ricetta:
- scrambled eggs per l’occasione ghiotta (e per i palati fini, anche per ‘ammorbidire’ un po’ quel famoso sentore d’uovo che proprio non…): alla ricetta di base, aggiungere un cipollotto tritato, della polpa di granchio sminuzzata e cuocere lentamente fino a rosolare ed amalgamare bene il tutto! Il tocco in più, una manciata di prezzemolo fresco tritato (buonissime anche con timo ed origano) e qualche pomodorino semi-dry, quelli che se li hai in frigo non smetteresti mai di aggiungere a destra e a manca, dal crostino, alla torta salata… all’uovo strapazzato appunto! :))
