Non riuscivo a farmene una ragione: il tipo del mercato m’aveva dato gratuitamente della burina o sbaglio?! Ehvabbè, controllino lampo sul dizionario e, ahhh, lo sapevo (prrrr, mi sa che il dizionario della bassa ciociaria non te l’hanno ancora aggiornato, a’ bellooo!!! ok ok la pianto, questione di principio però). Tornando al rigore usuale :-), per la precisione cachi verrebbe da kaki! E per chi magari non lo sapesse, parliamo di origini rigorosamente asiatiche (toh, qualcuno sta per caso programmando viaggi in tal senso? :-)), altrimenti detto mela d’oriente, ma facciamo che, per saperne anche un po’ di più, prego, cliccare qui. Vi anticipo però che ‘loti’ sarebbe più che altro una nomenclatura d’uso comune… ecco, a stò punto chi sarebbe il burino, no ditemelo un po’? Ok ok, touché :-)
E nonostante il cachi della discordia, in barba agli invernalissimi gratin di ieri e ieri l’altro, eccoci qui, voluttuosamente ricascati sull’ennesima insalatona-dell’-ora-di-pranzo! Ovviamente, fatto il cambio di stagione e quindi un’insalata dallo chiccosissimo vestitino autunnale (e ci voleva!). Delizioso il dettaglio del cachi grigliato, crosticina fuori, dentro praticamente intatta l’incofondibile morbidezza del frutto, tutto il resto è semplicemente della misticanza di stagione, tranci di prosciutto cotto artigianale (vabbè, poi ognuno decida per sè) e pistacchi al naturale, leggermente tostati. Un giro d’olio extravergine d’oliva, sale, pepe, un goccio di lime e indovinate un po’? Abbiamo fatto. :-)
