Nell’ordine: lunedì mattina, valanga d’incombenze a stretto giro, vietata ca-te-go-ri-ca-men-te la questione “perdersi in chiacchiere”, magari è meglio se facebook non lo apro affatto e aggiungo sottotitolo per mera completezza di cronaca… “casco dal sonno” (ndr: felicissima d’aver fatto tardi a guardare mamma mia in dvd)!!! Uhm, tutto sommato, sarei persino a buon punto [la cagnolina ha allegramente compiuto il suo dovere mattutino, la sottoscritta ne avrebbe approfittato per compiere anche il suo (di dovere)=preso in edicola il numero di ottobre del gambero rosso, sic], colazione assonnata, sfogliando il numero di ottobre (ecc… progettando di andare, bene o male, a tutte le sagre lì elencate), caffellatte semi-bollente, un avanzo di pastarelle della domenica, pensando che, stamattina, accennerei ad un pratico/consolatorio mode d’emploi di questa cosina dal volto decisamente familiare. E quindi, la (mia) pasta al forno della domenica, immortalata esattamente all’atto del… controlliamo se la mozzarella s’è sciolta a dovere, ecc ecc. L’unica cosa da preparare (ehm, nel caso non l’aveste già fatto e conservato opportunamente in freezer :-)), è il famoso pesto di cui prima. Per il resto, lessate la pasta in acqua bollente e salata (nel mio caso, rigatoncini senatore cappelli fa-vo-lo-si, se amate il genere pasta-callosa, voilà), scolate decisamente al dente e condite immmediatamente con il pesto di peperoni (deve risultare molto cremoso). Aggiungete anche delle olive nere denocciolate ed una manciata di capperi dissalati. Versate uno strato di pasta in una pirofila leggermente unta e cosparsa di pangrattato. Ricoprite con tocchetti di mozzarella, continuate con il secondo strato di pasta, ancora tocchetti di mozzarella, poco parmigiano grattugiato, coprite con un foglio di carta alluminio ed infornate a 180 gradi per circa 20 minuti. Eventualmente, a cottura ultimata, scoprite e passate al grill per due minuti.
