Detto tra noi (ehbbè, chi altri sennò?!), non saprei se… aver fatto prima a prelevare il malloppo dal banco del mercato monteverdino (ndr: saldo delle ore 12h30, chilata di alici freschissssime per soli 3 eurini, sic), ad infilare il tutto nella teglia, a cuocerlo, più che altro una grill-atina e via, giusto il tempo d’apparecchiare, affettare il pane… e stamattina potevo inviarvi direttamente un sms! A metà strada tra le alici in tortiera, ricettina povera e vecchia quanto il cucco, le cui origini oscillerebbero allegramente tra Puglia e Campania, ma diciamo che potremmo anche soprassedere sull’annosa questione… ed i pomodorini gratinati che, siamo tutti d’accordo, si presentano ormai anche da soli. Volendo, una sorta di (rapidissimo) trait d’union (tra i due). Secondo+contorno tutto in uno e, sempre in tema di velocità estrema, piccolissimo particolare giusto a titolo di completezza: volendo proprio strafare, potreste prendervi il tempo di decapitare (eh scusate, se magari trovate un sinonimo più gentile), aprire (a libretto) e disiliscare le alici, una per una. E solo a dirlo, v’è già passata la voglia, touché! Sarà mica per questo che, da stè parti, le aliciotte (freschissssime) si utilizzano rigorosamente… in tutta la loro meravigliosa interezza?! Poi, sempre perchè siamo tra di noi: ampiamente ingoiato/metabolizzato il tutto. E sarei ancora qui, bella e pimpante ;-)). E penso d’aver detto davvero tutto, bè sì, tranne di predisporre una pirofila da forno, ungerla leggermente e riempirla con strati di alici e pomdorini tagliati a metà, avendo cura di condire volta per volta con aglio, prezzemolo ed origano tritati, una spolverata di pangrattato, sale, pepe e pecorino toscano grattugiato (anche qualcosa di semi-stagionato, tipo questo qui… che ormai ce l’ho e lo riciclo felicemente a destra e pure a manca :-)), un giro d’olio extravergine d’oliva e, quindi, in forno a 200 gradi, per una decina di minuti. Qualche minuto di grill finale e servire.
