A tutt’oggi (a partire dal ritorno dalla Francia fino a, uhm, ieri :-)), tra le varie cose, ci sarebbe stato anche un allegro susseguirsi di omelette farcitissime, di quelle gonfie e spumose, ripiene di formaggio cremoso al punto che fatichi persino a (ri)chiuderle [dettaglio: in Francia, oggetti simili sono notoriamente serviti semi-aperti, come dei grandi sorrisi pure un filo ammiccanti (ehm, avec le chevre frais che cola meravigliosamente tra pezzetti di noce e listarelle di pancetta)]… ehvabbè, alzo le mani! Dicevamo, quindi, Francia. Da lì in poi (omelette a parte), ci sarebbe stato anche un certo spulciare, sornione prima, moooolto più frenetico poi, di libri e ricettari souvenir… della serie: lasciate (in Francia) tutte le tazze all’americana con su scritto “Bretagne mon amour“ e quindi, invito a cena per tutti. Più o meno quattro gatti (15? tutti confermati?), riuniti intorno ad un desco colmo di sidro, formaggi, quiche e baguette… e giusto per tornare al tema odierno che, non è affatto l’omelette, bensì una frittata piacevolmente gonfia, soffice e persino soda (da far pensare un po’ all’omelette, ooppss), il nervo della guerra sarebbe che, nel caso preferiste frittate in cui l’elemento aggiuntivo (verdure e quant’altro) copre nettamente il semi-odiato sentore d’uovo, con un risultato finale, appunto, gonfio, ma anche sodo, quasi da sformato… ok, leggete qui tutta la questione. Io, intanto, andrei di riso+zucca+provola (affumicata! che col dolce della zucca…), ovvero un risotto che è sostanzialmente questo qui, nel mio caso, ciò che ne restava dal pranzo precedente. E buona frittata a tutti :-)
Nota: per un piatto di risotto (avanzato :-)) ho sbattuto due uova grandi (+latte+lievito come da link).
Nota-bis: stavo realizzando che, questo di oggi, sarebbe un post (tutto sommato) informativo, oserei dire da non-cuoca; ehpperò (ben) due ricette linkate sono pur sempre due ricette e poi scusate, meditare/lavorare su menu particolari, ma anche particolarmente low cost (grrr, che pretese!)… assorbe parecchio.
Nota-bis-bis: AAA, cercasi idee particolarmente carine, ma anche particolarmente low cost per… grrr! :-)))
