Te-le-gra-fi-co! Anche perchè, qui, tenderebbero un po’ ad ergersi a controllori supremi dei (miei) post e… “Precy, lei mi scrive (ancora, decisamente) troppo! Si fa prima a leggere direttamente i commenti“. Cioè? Tipo sintesi? Ehvabbuò, decliniamo (o recliniamo?) umilmente il capo in avanti e molto te-le-gra-fi-ca-men-te, dessert! Per quella volta in cui sarete lì a pensare al fine-pasto per i vostri ospiti e vi sentirete posseduti da un’incrollabile necessità di rispettare il bon-ton del dessert più adeguato (ehccerto!). E quindi bocciati i cake, perchè poi te ne chiedono anche un pezzetto per la colazione del giorno dopo (e voi lì che avvolgete nella carta velina, ma intanto pensate che i cake… sono più da prima colazione, decisamente). Cannate anche le torte farcite, 3 metri di morbidezza ehvabbè, a parte che bisognava pensarci almeno un giorno prima, ci sarebbe la questione questi-mò-li-voglio-vedere-morti. Forse una crostata, ma anche quella, uhm uhm. Quindi mi sa tanto che… lo famo al bicchiere! E nei bicchierini da caffè, è pure meglio. Tanto avevamo giusto in mente di provare stà robina assolutamente deliziosa, ultra-vellutata – punto i piedi a terra, quasi sfondo la tastiera per la veemenza che metto nel digitare la mia opinione – è una ricetta a dir poco P-R-E-C-I-S-A! Strepitosa, di quelle che le leggi e pensi perfino “odddio”. Poi, per fortuna, la pianti (d’essere il solito, irritante mix tra puffo quattrocchi e puffo brontolone :-)) e ti limiti ad eseguire, diciamo, con la stesso spirito creativo d’un operaio cinese.
