Mi stavo chiedendo: nella categoria ‘bicchieri golosi‘, che dite, riusciamo ad infilarci anche delle simpatiche ciotoline?! Lo ammetto: la cosa più bella delle raccolte (di ricette) è che… magari non ne sai ancora nulla e, per caso, ti ritrovi a cucinare (e fotografare) esattamente l’oggetto della domanda (spiego: non che non abbia voglia di partecipare, anzi! è il logorio mentale che mi… logora, appunto! oddio, cosa le preparo? mumble). Invece, come dicevo, la raccolta c’è ed io ho già tutto pronto, manca solo il link! Poi, bè, ad averlo letto giusto poche ore prime (che il sorbetto venisse inesorabilmente trangugiato), magari avrei utilizzato dei bicchieri canonici… sigh, rinunciando così alle mie nuovissime (and very shocking) ciotoline verdi. Ehm, dovete sapere che, sempre sul Sale&Pepe di cui ieri, hanno inserito tutt’una serie di dritte simpatiche per animare i nostri picnic (lo sapete, vero, che mentre scrivo stè cose m’ammazzo letteralmente dalle risate? hai visto mai che qualcuno dovesse prendermi sul serio): dunque, dicevamo… anzi, dicevano quelli di Sale&Pepe “le dejeuner sur l’erbe, ma con piattini, posate (etc etc) rigorosamente in verde acido abbinato al blu”! Toh, ma guarda: sul sito di Jamie Oliver (che è sempre un passo avanti a tutti, c’è niente da fare), il freskissssimo sorbetto finito ormai sul ricettario imprescindibile di casa Precy (in aggiunta, soltanto una ricca manciata di fragole di Terracina), risulta allegramente immortalato in (very shocking) coppette di plastica… blu! Toh, ma guarda!
p.s. trovate tutto da Carrefour, a prezzi decisamente modici :-)
Sorbetto al limone, lime e menta (di Jamie Oliver)
per 4 persone:
200 g di zucchero
275 ml di acqua
5 limoni
5 lime
1 pugnetto di menta fresca
per servire:
fragole fresche
Ponete lo zucchero e l’acqua all’interno di una casseruola, portate a bollore e lasciate sobollire per 5 minuti. Spegnete e lasciate intiepidire. Grattugiate la buccia dei limoni e dei lime e spremetene il succo. Tritate anche la menta e mescolate bene il tutto in un contenitore di plastica. Ponete in freezer per circa due ore (ricordandovi di dare una mescolata ogni mezz’ora). Servite da solo… oppure accompagnando con una manciata di fragole succose.
