Signore e signori, mi tocca salutarvi (auguri-auguri-auguri)! Fatto questo, schizzerò via (più o meno) alla velocità della luce, cercando davvero di non perdere il ritmo… è l’unica possibilità che ho per riuscire a fare proprio tutto: i regali (quanto sono indietrooo, mi auto-flagellerei di gusto), agghindare qualche biscottino goloso per quei disperati in attesa sull’isolotto (ma non hai portato niente?! bùùùùùùù!!!). Ah, domani mattina, ma guarda chi c’è? Il tecnico fastweb! Sììì, gioia, gaudio, felicità, come no! Ma dopo un mese e mezzo d’agonia, giusto domani? Ehvvabbè, inseriamo anche fastweb nell’ intasatissimo palinsesto pre-natalizio! Se sopravvivo, domani sera dovrò soltanto raccogliere armi e bagagli, ricordandosi di portare anche qualche cosettina più carina per le giornate conviviali (perchè quando c’hai una nonna vanitosa che se ne sta lì in poltrona, tipo toro seduto… e deve per forza farti notare che non hai messo gli orecchini, che i capelli te li sei asciugati da sola e pure di corsa, che il jeans a natale… ). Quindi, tutto dentro e mercoledì mattina si parte alla volta dell’isolotto. Dove soggiorneremo allegramente per un po’ di giorni (che sarebbero ancora da quantificare), tra abbuffate, tombolate e ricche passeggiate (ehi, tutto in -ate-)… giusto per evitare di tornare a casa rotolando, ecco! Per cui… buon nataleeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Che sia dolce, dolcissimo!!! Volando, ancora due righe per babbo natale (sulla scia di quei due piccioncini di luca e sabrina anzi, lì da loro trovate tutto il regolamento del giochino, io sono sempre un po’ anarchica, ma ho il capo cosparso di cenere, ok?!). Ecco la mia richiesta: pace, non (soltanto) nel senso alto del termine, certo la pace nel mondo, in famiglia, etc etc… scusatemi, ma stavolta intendo proprio pace qui da noi, nel senso di ripristino dei ritmi normali. E’ da settembre che vaghiamo, impacchettiamo, scartiamo (mò ci si mette pure il natale), carichiamo, scarichiamo (il tutto moltiplicato per due, che un trasloco soltanto non ci bastava). Per non parlare delle raccomandate (disdette, allacci, volture, solleciti… oddioooo). Ecco, caro babbo natale, regalaci la pace!!! Hai presente quelle seratine oziose, sul divano, senza mobili da montare, faretti da attaccare, misurazioni varie… grazie :-)
Torroncini al cioccolato
per il torrone:
300 g di cioccolato fondente al 50%
100 gr di burro
150 g di mandorle
150 g di nocciole
10 biscotti secchi
1 arancia biologica
per la copertura:
300 g di cioccolato fondente
Sciogliere il cioccolato ed il burro a bagnomaria. Lasciarli intiepidire ed unirvi, quindi, i biscotti tritati finemente, la frutta secca spezzettata e la buccia grattugiata dell’arancia. Amalgamare il tutto aiutandosi con il succo d’arancia (filtrato). La consistenza dovrà essere piuttosto compatta e soda. Stendere il tutto ad un’altezza di circa 5 mm, livellare bene e lasciar indurire al fresco. Quindi, ricavarne dei rettangoli (oppure ritagliarli a proprio gusto), ricoprirli con il cioccolato fondente fuso e lasciar rapprendere, nuovamente, al fresco prima di servire.
