E potevo mai smentire la mia notoria metodicità mentale con aggiornamenti, diciamo così, a casaccio?! Quindi rieccomi puntuale, un giorno si ed un giorno no… nel senso che un giorno si ed uno no passo a casa vecchia per prelevare (sig) scatoloni (sig) e, al contempo, per approfittare della connessione che, a quanto pare, di traslocare proprio non… A tal proposito, trasloco, anzi, traslochi, andirivieni, scatoloni… sarebbe davvero ora che il tutto trovasse una fine, agognatissima, anche perchè non si capisce come mai (uhm, che non sia poi così metodica come si dice in giro), puntualmente, all’ apertura dei vari pacchi non fanno che piovermi addosso oggetti sparsi e senza filo conduttore, tipo che ho messo da una parte la planetaria e da un’ altra le pale, in uno scatolo il mixer ad immersione e in un altro l’ apposito gancio (da prelevare rigorosamente al prossimo giro, furba no?!), datemi una frusta, vi prego!!! Sto perdendo colpi, lo so, ma vorrei vedere voi arrivati a sto’ punto! Tutti lì con le vostre cucine in ordine, l’ attrezzattura al posto giusto, planetaria e pale vicine vicine… invece qua ci si arrangia, rotolo di pasta sfoglia (presa da Todis, economicissima, no grassi idrogenati etc etc… ma soprattutto buonissima, la migliore di quelle industriali provate finora, non molte, ma comunque). Bene, se avessi anche uno stampo sarebbe proprio il massimo… possibile che li abbia lasciati tutti dillà?! Ah, però mi toccherebbe battezzare il forno a gas (si si, grande novità, per ora uno a zero per me… e spero abbia capito chi è che comanda), ahhh c’è pure il brie parigino della sorellina, vai, procediamo: stendere la pasta sfoglia (per chi stesse traslocando, srotolare un disco di sfoglia pronta) e foderare uno stampo (utilizzare della carta da forno per evitare che s’ attacchi), coprire la base con fiocchetti di formaggio brie, quindi, fettine sottilissime di patate in un solo strato, qualche cubetto di speck qua e là, della salvia sminuzzatta, sempre qua e là, versare sulla superficie un uovo sbattuto con sale, pepe e due cucchiai di latte, infornare a 180 gradi per 30 minuti!!! E avrete capito che, al momento, me ne sto tantissimo tempo in casa, studiando la posizione dei divani e cose simili! In sottofondo, ovvio, tanta, tantissima musica, così come viene, senza filo conduttore… come gli scatoloni! Si si, ve la faccio ascoltare, però ora non è che vi mettete tutti lì ad immaginare la sottoscritta mentre canta, balla e ripone piatti, tazzine e camicie in ordine sparso (ovvio)! Baciiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!
