Riemergo a fatica dalla mia nuvola di piume d’oca (
virus gastro-intestinale in corso, burp + sob), in primis, perchè tocca festeggiare, ebbene si, nausea, mal di testa e fiacchezza a parte, sono felice come una bimba la mattina di natale: ihihih, vi scrivo, sprintosa più che mai, dalla mia nuovissima postazione operativa (
scrivania con mensola carinissima, total-white, vagamente country, manco a dirlo, ikea con furore), con altrettanto nuovissima
chiavetta3, il che mi fa sentire molto
diego abatantuono, ma comunque… ve l’avevo detto che mi sarei attrezzata (
in attesa degli eventi, sig, fastweeeeeb, vabbè io continuo a fare appelli)?! Quindi ieri, ho beccato, sì, il virus, ma anche 79 ore di indispensabilissimo traffico + location di cui sopra. Tutto prontamente piazzato direttamente all’uscita della cucina… tse, vi rendete conto che, adesso, i piatti passeranno direttamente dal fornello al pc e dopo, forse, qualcuno penserà (anche) a mangiarli?! E poi, vi devo un po’ di scuse, detesto non rispondere puntualmente ai commenti, ma davvero, non potevo fare altrimenti!!! Perdonata? E concludo qui… visto che mi sta salendo una nausea spaventosa, vado ad immergermi nuovamente nelle piume starnazzanti, sob sob! Il piatto, naturalmente, è in linea con l’umore, quindi crema, esattamente come mi sento io, in questo momento… ma non lasciatevi ingannare dall’aspetto vagamente ospedaliero, anzi, giusto per fare il verso alla mia vicina…
ahò, è bbbona sà?!
Crema di porri e coriandolo con gamberi e bottarga
per due persone
2 porri
1 patata media
ca. 30 gr di burro
3 bicchieri d’ acqua calda
mezzo cucchiaino di coriandolo macinato
ca. 10 gamberi sgusciati
bottarga di tonno*
sale e pepe
olio extravergine d’oliva
crostini
Pulire i porri eliminando le foglie più duri, tagliarli a pezzi e stufarli, coperti, in un tegame col burro per circa dieci minuti. Aggiungere l’acqua, il coriandolo, sale e pepe e frullare il tutto con un mixer ad immersione. Intanto, sgusciare i gamberi (tutti gli scarti potreste congelarli, vi torneranno utili per un fumetto) e cuocerli al vapore per pochi minuti. Servire la crema di porri con i gamberi, una grattugiata di bottarga, un giro d’olio extravergine d’oliva a crudo e tranci di focaccia abbrustolita.
