Così selvaggia, perfetta nella sua casualità, bellissima perchè assolutamente spontanea, affascinante, suggestiva, anche un po’ inquietante… se il sentiero si fa meno battuto. Di contro, non amo i giardini curati all’ inverosimile, quelli con le siepi squadrate, i fiori introvabili provenienti da chissà quale paese e messi lì, ooppss, come un bouquet. Preferisco il bosco, l’ effetto giungla, del resto anche il giardino di casa è vagamente amazzonico, direi!Queste foto risalgono a stamattina, poco dopo le 7… e così adesso potrete immaginare meglio la scena: la natura rigogliosa, un buon numero di fanatici in preda ad un attacco di jogging sfrenato (ma come fanno?), qualche amante dell’ aria buona del mattino, una marea di gatti selvatici… e questa ragazza stralunata, assorta nei suoi pensieri che vaga con la sua dolce cagnolina, inspirando ed espirando, inspirando ed espirando… qualche scatto piuttosto distratto qua e là e di tanto in tanto un sorriso, il segnale che m’ è venuta l’ idea!!!
Che ne dite, dopo questo popò di passeggiata, con tanto di scatti e riflessioni estenuanti, una colazione da bracciante agricolo ci sta???
Tipo pane e pomodoro, tanto per buttarla lì a caso! Quando esci di primo mattino, il profumo del pane appena sfornato ti attira come una calamita… e allora vai dal buon vecchio panettiere, quello che ha un piano da lavoro, la cassa (forse) direttamente accanto al forno a legna… e nient’ altro. Il pane è quello con il lievito madre, i pomodori, piccoli, tondi, dolcissimi, modestamente sono quelli del nostro giardino (amazzonico), ehhhhh terra vulcanica quella ischitana, i sapori sono eccezionali, il basilico ecchevelodicoaffà, l’ olio extravergine siciliano (al momento ho preso questa passione), l’aglio però me lo sono risparmiato, per il resto della giornata toccherà fare vita sociale, argh!!!
