Un dolcino molto, ma davvero molto goloso eppure… non e’ questa la sua forza:
niente ciotole, ciotoline e ciotoloni, basta un padellino, niente fruste, niente forno, niente montaggio…
…niente questo, niente quello, ma sto’ dolce che e’ fatto d’ aria?!
…non esageriamo, due soltanto gli ingredienti, eventualmente tre!!
Vediamo se riesco a rendere meglio l’idea: sabato sera, il maritino rientra e annuncia:
- domani sera siamo invitati a cena, ho detto che portiamo il dolce!!!
Portiamo?! …gli uomini, gli uominiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii !!!
- amore scusa, ma non so se ho molto in casa, domani e’ domenica, sono chiusi…
- ma daaai, t’ inventi sempre tremila cose, fai sempre cose buone, sei sempre cosi’ brava…
Gli uomini, gli uominiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii … quando sono alle corde, giocano l’ultima carta, quella dell’adulazione!!!
Che poi va detto, sono munita di apposito ricettario di riserva, si chiama ‘Emergenze e casi disperati’ !!!
… piu’ che altro, l’attacco di panico dipende dalla mia necessita’ di avere sempre la situazione in pugno… come dire, un’ inguaribile precisina.
Tze, ma va?! Chi l’avrebbe detto?!
- ma sapete che la signora ha un blog di cucina tutto suo, e’ proprio brava, non porta mai lo stesso dolce due volte, etc etc…
Lusinghe, elogi, complimenti… tutte cose che inevitabilmente s’insinuano moleste nel nostro stesso essere costringendoci a dover sempre dimostrare che… e’ tutto vero!!!
Ok, allora noi portiamo il dolce!!!
L’altra sera, pero’, un punto a mio favore l’avevo:
sapevo con certezza che sarebbe stata una di quelle cene luculliane …
quelle che ti lasciano stremato, del tutto inerme e quindi…
- signori, conoscendo la generosita’ del cuoco, ho pensato di fare una cosina semplice, giusto per sublimare tutto quello che e’ stato sapientemente preparato e gustato!
Ma che grande, grandissima para…. !!!
Il segreto e’ tutto qua, pararsi sempre… sminuirsi mai!!!
RICETTA
Si scioglie del cioccolato fondente a bagnomaria.
Si incorpora del cocco grattuggiato fino a raggiungere una consistenza lavorabile ma ancora molto morbida ed umida: nel caso, aiutarsi con del latte a filo.
Se piace, aggiungere anche del Rum.
Si puo’ scegliere se formare delle palline da accomodare negli appositi pirottini di carta, oppure
schiacciare l’impasto ad uno spessore di circa un dito in una teglia quadrata o rettangolare coperta da carta da forno.
In entrambi i casi, vanno cosparsi di cocco grattuggiato e conservati in frigorifero per un bel po’ di ore (nel secondo caso, si procedera’ a porzionare proprio come ho fatto io, ma solo dopo aver fatto raffreddare per bene il tutto).
Con 300 gr di cioccolato, circa 200 grammi di cocco ed una tazzina di latte…ho ottenuto venti tortine.
