Non so se l’ avete mai provata… non la ricetta, parlo di una sensazione, questa qui:
tornare a casa e trovare le regalie dell’amico contadino, quello che coltiva l’orticello dietro casa…
o magari che possiede un vero e proprio appezzamento di terra appartentuto alla sua famiglia praticamente da sempre…
Me ne vado un po’ nella terra!!!
Quest’ espressione, abbastanza dialettale, la dice lunga: quante volte l’ avro’ sentita!!!
Finito il lavoro, assolti gli impegni quotidiani, l’ amico contadino se ne va nella sua amata terra,
sa che li’ trovera’ pace, ristoro, energia allo stato puro !!!
La sua terra lo rimettera’ in pace col mondo intero !!!
E quando l’annata e’ buona, quando la ‘roba’ e’ tanta… la regalano, pochi la vendono, i piu’ la donano con gioia ai parenti, agli amici piu’ cari, te la portano come se fosse oro… e lo e’ !!!
A me brillano gli occhi ogni volta… e ringrazio perchè oltre al regalo in sè, ci vedo una sorta di messa in pari con quello che spesso riserva la grande distribuzione: il prezzemolo gia’ tritato che, se leggete bene, piccolo piccolo, costa 30 Euro al chilo !!! Le carote giapponesi gia’ grattuggiate, racchiuse in almeno due involucri di plastica, uno non basta?!
Il prezzemolo e la carotina: ma il vostro fruttivendolo non vi regala il mazzetto di odori??!! Non piu’?!
Naturalmente l’amico contadino non ti porta i fagiolini gia’ puliti, e che cavolo, te li devi spuntare uno ad uno…
Ieri, asciugavo i capelli al sole e … tac tac tac… spuntavo divertita questa prelibatezza, sotto gli occhi curiosi della mia cagnolina che, alla fine, non ha resistito: come una ladra, ne ha fregato uno ed e’ corsa a sotterrarlo nella sua base segreta, come dice mio marito, quella per i tempi duri.
Me la sono cavata in 10 minuti… e la pentola a pressione in 5, tutto cotto alla perfezione, tocchettoni di patate compresi !!!
In padella c’era gia’ ad attenderli del buon sughetto di pomodoro fresco, ben ristretto, preparato con aglio, olio, peperoncino, sale e tanto, tanto basilico.
Fagiolini e patate sono gia’ cotti, bastera’ insaporirli nel sughetto e correggerli di sale:
pochi minuti a fiamma dolce saranno piu’ che sufficienti!!!
Bene, il tempo di farli intiepidire o raffreddare del tutto e sono pronti da gustare!
