IL PANINO ‘PROSCIUTTO E FANTASIA’ di Bruno Barbieri
Due fette di pane ai cereali, spennellate con un pochino d’ olio e tostate leggermente…
in realta’ andrebbe utilizzato del pane al grano saraceno … ma sono stata costretta a farne a meno!
Per farcire: una generosa spalmata di yogurt greco, aromatizzato con un trito di origano-timo-peperoncino, melanzane grigliate o cotte al forno, condite con olio, sale, pepe ed aglio e ridotte, poi, in purea con qualche fogliolina di menta, del Prosciutto crudo di Parma, stagionato 20 mesi, un filino d’olio extra vergine d’oliva et voila’ !!!
