Dessertino fresco, gustoso ed anche estremamente pratico da preparare…
se non fosse per la doverosa quarantena in frigorifero di almeno 5/6 ore,
anzi…l’ideale sarebbe prepararlo addirittura un giorno prima…tutta un’altra cosa!!!
Per quanto mi riguarda, quella ‘del giorno prima’…e’ una sacrosanta regola d’oro in fatto di dolci,
se poi si parla di tiramisu, cheesecake e simili…andiamo sul tassativamente OBBLIGATORIO!!!
Ma e’ solo un consiglio spassionato !!!
Questo dolcino semplice semplice, come spesso accade… nasce da una visione:
il blog e’ quello di Simo …lei parlava di una colazione sprint…a me ha suggerito l’idea per questa cosina dolce che vi propongo oggi:
Per lo strato alla ricotta:
- ho lavorato a crema 300 gr di ricotta di pecora con 100 gr di zucchero a velo vanigliato (la quantita’ e’ abbastanza soggettiva…assaggiare) e 4 cucchiai scarsi di yogurt alla banana;
- in un pentolino, ho scaldato un pochino di latte per sciogliervi con cura un foglio di colla di pesce (gia’ messo in ammollo in acqua fredda e strizzato);
- ho versato il tutto nella crema di ricotta e mischiato velocemente per distribuire omogeneamente la colla di pesce;
- ho diviso la crema ottenuta in 4 bicchieri e riposto in frigorifero;
Per lo strato al cioccolato:
- ho sciolto a bagnomaria 80 gr di cioccolato al latte e lasciato intiepidire;
- ho frullato una banana grande, abbastanza matura, con un cucchiaio di yogurt alla banana e due biscotti ai cereali;
- ho unito i due composti e ripartito nei 4 bicchieri;
Per decorare:
- biscotti ai cereali sbriciolati e rivoli di salsa al caramello che trovate qui.
MUMBLE MUMBLE
…e se la vedessimo come una base da adattare a diversi tipi di frutta?
Pera: pera, cioccolato, caramello?!
Fragole: con un goccino di rum?!
Pesca: magari anche con degli amaretti?!
Ananas: con del cioccolato bianco?!
